Fall Wildflower Honey

Fall Wildflower Honey

Autumn brings memories of hay rides, hot apple cider, the search for the perfect pumpkin & running through corn mazes. As beekeepers this is also the time for the last honey harvest of the year before we get the honeybees ready for winter. The nectars of the Fall are nearly black in color due to the vegetation of the season. The nectars of the wild mints, thistles, eucalyptus trees, poison oak and coyote bushes are rampant and the bees use every warm day to gather the nectars & pollens available. Never a moment to rest for the honey bees no matter the season.

Fall Wildflower Honey is one of the two varietials locals use to aid in the treatment of  local allergies. With a smooth crisp flavor Fall Wildflower Honey is great in coffee or hot oatmeal.  Raw honey never goes bad but naturally goes through a crystallization process based on how much pollen is in the raw honeys, for this reason we aim to “educate not mutilate”. Our honeys are always unpasteurized, unfiltered, unprocessed, & unblended, giving you the ability to experience what Pure Fall Wildflower Honey tastes like.
