Creamed Honeys
Creamed Honeys a European favorite! Unlike Americans, Europeans often will not touch honey if it is not creamed or naturally crystallized. But what is Creamed honey? Creamed honey is sometimes referred as spun honey or whipped honey. Even though creamed honey looks like diary was added, never does our creamed honey contain diary; but is only a process of taking crystallized honey and whipping the hours, which changes the texture of the honey to that of creamy peanut butter.
We have many Creamed Honeys available for you to experience. From the all time favorite Creamed Cinnamon Honey, to Creamed Chocolate which tastes like tootsie rolls, to Creamed Lemon which is comparable to lemon meringue pie, to Creamed Licorice and our Creamed Vanilla Bean, to our Creamed Nutmeg Honey…which we dedicated to our dear friend Owen, who passed away January 28th, 2010 at the young age of 31 years. We miss him dearly!
